HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return undamaged and unused goods to us within 14 days of the order date. Please use the form in our cancellation policy and return the goods to us in their original packaging. Please do not return the goods freight collect. If the goods are bicycles, we will arrange for collection for you. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit note. We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
