At the heart of the Escondido 1 is the Bosch Performance Line motor – powerful, quiet, and perfectly tuned for sporty rides or longer commutes. Combined with the large 625 Wh battery, it reliably gets you through the day with a range of up to 110 km .

The low step-through makes getting on and off particularly comfortable – even with luggage. And this is where the Escondido 1 really shines: The integrated Atran Velo luggage rack system allows you to easily and securely attach bags, baskets, or other attachments – without the hassle of lashing them down. Whether shopping, everyday office life, or a weekend getaway – the bike adapts to your lifestyle.

And now it gets really smart:
The Escondido 1 is equipped with a maintenance-free Gates belt drive and an Enviolo hub gear with continuously variable transmission . Shifting is smooth—when stationary, while riding, uphill, or downhill—without any harsh gear changes or chain rattle. Simple, quiet, and clean.
