HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order is delivered within Germany by our logistics partners. So that you can get started on your new HARO bike right away, it is adjusted and pre-assembled as far as possible. With just a few steps, it is then ready to ride and you can get started.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Within 14 days of the order date, you can return undamaged and unused goods to us. Please use the form from our cancellation policy and return the goods to us in their original packaging. Please do not return the goods to us with cash on delivery. If the goods are bicycles, we will arrange for their collection. The resulting return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. We will issue the credit for the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
