HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be delivered within Germany by our logistics partners. So that you can start riding your new HARO bike straight away, it will be adjusted and pre-assembled as much as possible. With just a few simple steps, it will be ready to ride and you can get going.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return undamaged and unused goods to us within 14 days of the order date. Please use the form from our cancellation policy and send the goods back to us in their original packaging. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect. If the goods are bicycles, we will arrange for them to be picked up for you. The costs incurred for return shipping will then be deducted from the credit note. We will credit the purchase amount to you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
